Job Description

  • Monitor material requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Source and purchase construction materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials to project sites on schedule.
  • Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels.
  • Record and monitor all material purchases and expenses.
  • Collect quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
  • Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and liquidation reports.
  • Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and delivery receipts.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and site supervisors regarding material requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly material and expense reports.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. (College undergraduate with relevant experience may also be considered.)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, warehouse, or construction materials management.
  • Familiar with construction materials, hardware, plumbing, LPG, mechanical, or electrical supplies (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and cost monitoring.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Holder of a valid driver's license (preferred if expected to purchase and deliver materials personally).
