What You’ll Do:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchase terms with vendors.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support purchasing and inventory needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and sourcing opportunities to support business operations.


What we’re looking for:

  • Filipino-Chinese national
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
