FOR PROCUREMENT/FINANCE & WAREHOUSE STAFF

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, or finance-related functions.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs.
• Track inventory levels and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Prepare purchase budgets and monitor procurement expenses.
• Coordinate with the Finance department to process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier payments.
• Assist in budget planning, cost analysis, and financial reporting related to procurement and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, and financial records for auditing purposes.
