Responsibilities

• Handle purchasing and procurement activities of the company

• Source and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for cost-effective purchasing

• Monitor delivery schedules, purchase orders, and inventory requirements

• Coordinate with different departments regarding purchasing needs

• Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality standards

• Assist in supplier accreditation and evaluation



Qualifications

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, or any related course
  • With at least 3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
  • Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, and related manufacturing supplies is preferred
  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, inventory monitoring, and purchasing processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
