Purchasing Staff

We are looking for a Purchasing Staff who will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and ensuring the timely procurement of materials and supplies needed for daily company operations. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to maintain efficient purchasing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders in a timely manner
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure orders are received on time
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and order status
• Ensure that purchased items meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and supplier database
• Coordinate with different departments regarding procurement requirements
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring availability of supplies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related course
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledgeable in purchasing procedures and supplier coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage
