1. Conversion of Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) including all the necessary checks and balances that will be performed.
2. Daily Reporting of converted and unconverted PRs
3. Daily monitoring and reporting of delivery status
4. Reconciliation of issues on payment concerns (ie. Invoice issues, goods receipts, and process based issues.)
5. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation
6. Request Proposals & Quotations.
7. Negotiate Contract Pricing & Finalize Terms & Conditions.
8. Support on transactional activities related to catalogue uploads / documentation, vendor accreditation, tabulation of offers, etc.
