Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to both team members and clients.
• Obtain price quotes; place purchase orders; receive goods into inventory.
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase order, purchase receipt and purchase invoice.
• Maintain historical records of items purchased, prices, delivery and shipping costs.
• Maintain quality service by following organizational procedures.
• Monitoring and coordination of delivery status to customers or offsite warehouses.
• Track delivery from overseas shipment.
• Coordinates with other team departments in relation to the delivery shipment.
• Handle end to end procurement.
• And other tasks that may be assigned.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
