The Procurement Support role assists the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials and services required by the organization. This position ensures timely processing of purchase orders and supports compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
• Support in sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotations for required goods/services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and assist in audits when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand material and service requirements.
