- Develop and implement procurement strategies for non-trade goods and services
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO cycle)
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for non-trade categories
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost efficiency
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal departments to address procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare procurement reports, savings analysis, and supplier performance reports
- Lead, supervise, and develop the procurement team
