Procurement Associate

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support our purchasing operations and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify reliable vendors to meet business requirements
• Conduct canvassing and supplier comparisons to secure the best value for the organization
• Lead price negotiations and contract discussions to achieve competitive terms and cost savings
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for long-term partnerships
