Job Description
Job Title: SMS Routing Procurement
Location:Philippines
Language: English or Chinese required
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage SMS routing suppliers in Philippines
- Work with local telecom routes (Globe / Smart / DITO)
- Negotiate pricing, routing quality, and delivery rates
- Test and optimize OTP / A2P SMS routes
- Support compliance related to PAGCOR operations
Requirements:
- Experience with PAGCORor online gaming industry
- Background in telecom or SMS (A2P / OTP / routing)
- Familiar with Philippines telecom ecosystem
- Supplier/network resources preferred
- Chinese or English communication
