With experience as Purchaser/ Buyer/ Procurement in Food Manufacturing Industries preferred.

Essential Function

1. Research potential vendors for needed requested item.
2. Conduct market price analysis, comparing prices versus local and international trend.
3. Canvas, compare and evaluate offers from different suppliers.
4. Ensure minimum inventory level of supplies with zero incorrect purchase and delivery.
5. Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) by verifying specifications and price.
6. Expedite delivery of supplies, ensuring delivery schedule are met.
7. Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to ordered; Immediately resolves shipment errors with suppliers.
8. Keep updated Master List of Material Price List and Suppliers List.
9. Will create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time.
10. Willing to be assigned at Araneta Avenue, Caloocan City
