Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sourcing strategies that guarantee the best costs of materials for the company.
  • Maintaining a relationship with suppliers while continually sourcing additional vendors.
  • Communicate with the Client regularly the efficient flow of supplies materials affecting overall production.
  • Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of material shortage.
  • Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, and maintain logs and reports on procurement activities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers who provide the best offers during supply chain procurement.
  • Finalize product purchases and follow up on its timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers and distributors during procurement with existing potential suppliers and review the present contracts to ensure the future scope of business procurement and vendor management.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to the Client materials supplier's facilities to verify production capacity and quality standards of goods.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics anbd other related courses
  • With 5-10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain
  • With at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
