We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager (Engineer) to lead the sourcing,

purchasing, and supplier management of construction materials, equipment, and services.

The role ensures timely, cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and

compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.

• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier and vendor contracts.

• Ensure on-time delivery to prevent project delays.

• Monitor costs, budgets, and market trends for better purchasing decisions.

• Ensure materials meet quality and project specifications.

• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to align procurement with

schedules.

• Maintain strong supplier relationships for long-term partnerships.

• Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, licensed.

• 8+ years of experience in construction procurement

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and supplier networks

• Experience in negotiation, contract management, and cost control

• Proficiency in procurement and supply chain management software

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
