Build the backbone of a growing F&B network.

We’re looking for a Procurement Manager who can turn sourcing into a strategic advantage. In this role, you’ll ensure our cafés and restaurants consistently receive the right products—at the right quality, cost, and timing.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a fast-growing multi-store operation by driving purchasing efficiency, strengthening supplier partnerships, and helping improve profitability and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies
• Source, negotiate, and maintain strong supplier partnerships
• Monitor purchasing needs to prevent stockouts, wastage, and overstocking
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
• Improve procurement processes and systems to support business growth

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills
• Organized and able to work in a fast-paced, multi-store environment
• Proficient in Excel and inventory/procurement systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
