INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
• Experience in inventory control, plant operations, warehousing, logistics, LPG, or manufacturing is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory recording, documentation, and reporting
• Detail-oriented, observant, disciplined, and accountable
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to work in a plant/operational environment
• Knows how to drive a motorcycle – an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing inventories
• Conduct actual counts of LPG, cylinders, seals, and other inventoriable items
• Inspect returning and outgoing plant vehicles and monitor customer backloads
• Maintain accurate inventory records, logs, and reports
• Conduct scheduled showroom and franchise inventory/compliance visits
• Identify and report shortages, losses, damages, discrepancies, suspicious activities, and non-compliance
• Perform regular storage readings, pipeline bubble tests, and LPG buffer counts
• Assist with other inventory, accounts receivable, and internal audit-related tasks
