JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' health conditions and requirements.
• Answer queries with complete and accurate product information.
• Generate sales and assist in retail operations management.
• Participate in improvement and engagement programs.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Store Executive.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from medical and hospitality fields (e.g., BS Pharmacy, BS Nutrition, BS Nursing, BS Biology, Hospitality Management) are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation, assertiveness, and confidence.
