Procurement Specialist

Reason for hiring: Maternity Leave (3 Months)

• Liaise with internal departments for procurement-related concerns.
• Communicate with vendors for PO status updates, delivery schedules, or clarifications.
• Escalate any issues or delays to the Procurement Officer.
• Manages the filing and organizing of procurement documentation (PRs, POs, contracts,
• receipts).
• Responsible for tracking contract expirations, lease renewals, and service agreement milestones such as enrollment of the supplier in the system.
• Maintain accurate records in the procurement system (such as Oracle and other ERP
• tools).        
• Assist in updating supplier master data, item catalogs, and pricing information.
• Monitor outstanding PRs and POs and follow up for closure or delivery confirmation.
• Generate regular system reports for spend, open POs, and procurement activity.
