Job Responsibilities:

The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations within the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient distribution of products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting order fulfillment, and minimizing stock discrepancies in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Supervise and monitor all inventory activities including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock movements in inventory systems (ERP/Excel)
• Maintain optimal stock levels to meet distribution demands while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventory; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee proper storage, organization, and handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and inventory staff.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure productivity and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports (stock levels, variances, slow-moving items, damages).

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, preferably in a distribution or FMCG/appliance company
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
