Key Responsibilities

- Must be able to in the prepare and process of purchase orders (POs) for local and international suppliers.

- Must be able to coordinate with suppliers to confirm pricing, product availability, lead times, and shipping schedules.

- Must be able to track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies.

- Must be able to maintain and update purchasing records, supplier databases.

- Must be able to liaise with logistics and warehouse teams regarding inbound shipments, delivery timelines, and inventory coordination.

- Must be able to verify supplier invoices against POs for accuracy before submitting for payment processing.

Qualifications

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

- At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, design-driven environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric approach
