Procurement / Inventory Assistant

JOB POSITION: Procurement / Inventory Staff

Duties and Responsibilities:

Procurement Duties:

• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with vendors
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
• Negotiate pricing and terms when applicable
• Maintain supplier records and documentation

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track fast-moving and slow-moving items
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in inventory control, purchasing, or supply chain is an advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and negotiation skills
