Job description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our store's inventory. This role ensures that inventory levels meet operational needs while minimizing discrepancies and optimizing stock management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory checks for received stocks, cycle counts, and physical inventory.
• Report on overstocking and under-stocking issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage auto replenishment of stocks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Assess damages and coordinate efforts to reduce overstocking and under-stocking risks.
• Analyze stock movements to determine strategies for product pushing or rationalization.
• Utilize inventory replenishment knowledge to ensure appropriate stock quantities.
• Proficiently manage backroom operations and utilize System Application Programs effectively.
• Provide accurate inventory reports critical for store operations and future management decisions.
• Use inventory data to forecast future needs and improve inventory management strategies.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Associate’s Degree () or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of related experience or training.
