• Monitor, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of all stocks, supplies, and materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming items against delivery receipts and purchase orders
• Properly label, store, and organize inventory items in designated storage areas
• Issue stocks to authorized personnel and ensure proper documentation of stock releases
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts (daily, weekly, or monthly) and reconcile discrepancies
• Report inventory shortages, damages, expirations, or overstock to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain updated inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams regarding stock replenishment needs
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and safety standards to prevent loss or damage
• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory reports and documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage or stockroom area
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned by management
