Finest Asia Resources, Inc., a leader in Human Resources & Recruitment, seeks a skilled Procurement Manager to enhance our supply chain strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing while fostering supplier relationships.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure inventory meets operational needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

• With 8 -10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing, preferably within a multinational or large-scale retail environment dealing with white and brown goods, furniture – indoor and outdoor, ICT products
• With 5+ years in a senior procurement leadership role, such as Head of Procurement, Procurement Director, or Supply Chain Director, with a proven track record of leading high performing procurement teams.
• Strong experience in managing procurement for a diverse range of product categories i.e., home furnishings, consumer goods i.e white goods, brown goods, electronics, etc.
• With Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or a relevant post graduate qualification is highly desirable, particularly in supply chain or procurement-related studies.
• Certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) are not necessary but will be an added advantage
