QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Preferably with exposure in the field of construction.

· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

· Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

· Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

· Accurate and precise attention to details

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reports to Purchasing Manager, in her absence, the President

· Canvass materials and labor for incoming projects on bidding

· Prepares procurement plans for new project assignment

· Prepares material submittals for client's approval

· Updates daily the material monitoring report for on-going projects to ensure on time delivery of orders to avoid delay.

· Handles Naysa system for Procurement Department

· Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
