Description :

Performs assigned duties for Procurement department for Super 8 employees, with the objective of buying products and services at the right price, from the right source, at the right specifications that meets user’s needs, in the right quantity and for delivery at the right time to internal customers.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Canvassing : negotiate with suppliers to meet company requirements within set budget and deadline.
  • Develops a pool of suppliers.
  • Handles requests, quotations, and issuance of purchase orders.
  • Coordinates and verifies order and delivery.
  • Ensures completeness of documents for payment purposes.
  • Updates monitoring report.
  • Assists in transmittal of purchase order (thru fax, email and actual transmittal of documents), photocopy of documents, receiving of invoices, and tally of purchase order vs. invoices
  • Other duties that may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

Requirements :

  • College graduate of any business course.
  • With or without work experience.
  • Fresh graduates may apply.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
