Description

  •  Lead the analysis and documentation of current business processes within the organization.
  •  Identify areas for significant improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive the implementation of process improvements.
  • Contribute to improvement of business processes by gaining a deep understanding of the current state and identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Design and implement simplified processes that reduce complexity and improve operational performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry best practices, applying them to enhance process efficiency.
  • Develop and define operational KPIs to measure the efficiency and value of processes.
  •  Monitor and analyze KPI performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure process changes are aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from multiple business units to gather, analyze, clarify, and document business requirements and translate them to system requirements.
  •  Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Provide end user support to facilitate adoption of new features and documents and resolve reported issues where applicable.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of process improvements, including process maps, workflows, and technical specifications.
  • Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and scorecards to track key performance metrics from multiple data sources.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Business Process Excellence Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience with KPI development and performance monitoring.
  • Knowledgeable in usage of Microsoft Products such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio and Teams.
  • Have broad knowledge of functional areas such as risk management, time management, expense management, procurement management, overall management, scope management, communication management, and human resources management, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or TQM.
  • Proficiency in using process mapping and modeling software (e.g., Visio) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
