Process Engineer

*Job Responsibilities*
- *Process Development*: Formulate, evaluate, and refine manufacturing processes to maximize productivity, capacity, and overall product quality
- *Data-Driven Analysis*: Review and analyze plant production data to pinpoint opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction
- *Troubleshooting & CAPA*: Investigate root causes of process issues and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- *Cross-Functional Collaboration*: Partner with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to drive plant-wide performance metrics
- *Technology Integration*: Support onboarding and testing of new plant equipment, advanced technologies, and modernized workflow layouts
- *Regulatory Compliance*: Audit and verify that all manufacturing systems adhere to safety, quality, and environmental protocols
- *Technical Guidance*: Serve as the on-site technical subject matter expert, providing support and training to production crews

*Qualifications*
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any closely related engineering discipline
- *Experience*: Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience as a Process Engineer or equivalent process-optimization role within a manufacturing plant environment
- *Methodologies*: Strong operational familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma frameworks is a distinct advantage
- *Technical Strengths*: Advanced capabilities in process analysis, system mapping, data diagnostics, and problem-solving
- *Work Style*: Self-motivated, highly collaborative, and agile enough to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced production setting
