What You'll Do

Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve plant performance.

Support the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and process improvements.

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related Engineering course.

At least 3–5 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Proficient in process analysis and improvement tools.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
