Job Description
- Develop, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
- Conduct process simulations, flow analysis, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize existing processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for process-related problems.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in process engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of process optimization.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement process improvements, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, strong communicator, and teamwork-oriented.
