- Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
- Analyze production workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
- Monitor and control production parameters to ensure compliance with standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process failures and implement corrective actions.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and knowledge of process optimization techniques.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional visits to manufacturing sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, and excellent communicator.
