Process Excellence Specialist for BPO Industry in Pasig upto 90k

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Management Consulting
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified; Black Belt certification is an advantage
• Proficient in data visualization and process mapping tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visio, Lucidchart, or Signavio
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance
• Manage Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen projects from planning to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align process improvements with business goals
• Support change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with IT and RPA teams to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
