Primarily responsible for conducting process improvements in production to enhance productivity, quality, reliability and cycle time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conceptualizes and executes projects to improve production processes, methods, and equipment performance and to study new production supplies.

2. Studies processes in case of quality issues.

3. Conduct time and motion studies of production process.

4. Writes specifications such as procedures, process flows and work instructions.

5. Conducts machine/equipment qualification/disqualification of new and existing equipment in coordination with maintenance.

6. Involved in all process engineering tasks including contact with other engineering and production sites in all questions related to production processes.

7. Can operate production machines and can perform simple machine troubleshooting in coordination with maintenance in solving work problems.

8. Acts a backup personnel responsible for overall electronic systems such as telephone system, access control system, fire alarm system, CCTV system, IT and LAN system.

9. Complies at company policies and regulations.

10. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with a major Industrial Engineer
• With or without experience
• Good team player.
• Good communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Good computer skills.
