The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing technical drawings provided by our headquarters in Japan, determining appropriate processing methods, and selecting the necessary tools and jigs for wire harness manufacturing and assembly.

The role also involves conducting visual inspections, continuity testing, defect detection, and pass/fail evaluations to ensure product quality and support continuous quality improvement.

Note:

Assistant SPV to SPV level. Salary is dependent on ability and experience. This is negotiable [can accept salary flexibility].

At least 10 years of hands-on experience in wire harness processing and assembly.

Strong knowledge of wire harness manufacturing processes, including:

Experience in defect detection, visual inspection, continuity testing, and quality judgment (pass/fail evaluation).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
