Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or related course.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read technical drawings and process instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Mechanical Design and other related sections to ensure the design accuracy and effectiveness of the automated machine based on the client’s requirements.
• Conduct machine set-up, testing, and evaluation after the assembly of the specific automated machine.
• Ensure the process performance and functionality of the automated machine comply with the specifications provided by the client prior to delivery.
• Accomplish and file all automated machine check sheets before delivery.
• Generate daily reports and provide project status updates to the immediate superior.
• Communicate client concerns or requests related to automated machine specifications and coordinate necessary actions for resolution.
• Report abnormalities or production concerns to supervisors.
