Description
- Set up and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipment for PCB assembly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on SMT machines.
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize processes and reduce cycle times.
- Train and mentor junior staff in machine setup and operation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in machine setup and operation
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
