Description

  • Technical Support: Provide expert assistance to customers regarding software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • System Optimization: Configure and optimize print management systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience.
  • Integration: Integrate the print management software with other business applications, such as ERP, CRM, and accounting systems.
  • Workflow Analysis: Analyze existing print workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Cost Reduction: Develop strategies to reduce printing costs through optimization, automation and waste reduction.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Build strong relationships with customers and strive to exceed their expectations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's/College Degree
  • 1-3 YearS experience
  • Identify and resolve problems with hardware, software, and networks.
  • Assists customers with using our product and services
  • Strong understanding of technology and problem solving.
  • Builds strong connections with customer and colleagues
  • Flexibility to handle changing situations.
