Description

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Develop schemes of work and lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
  • Incorporate The Life Giver Academy's Christian values into lessons.
  • Assess, record, and report on the progress of students.
  • Participate in extracurricular programs, staff meetings, and training events.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, effective communication skills, basic understanding of teaching principles.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop lesson plans, teach English to students, evaluate student progress, and maintain classroom discipline.
  • Working Conditions: Classroom setting, potential for split shifts or extended hours during peak seasons, some administrative duties.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, enthusiasm for teaching, adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism.
