About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Pre-Sales and Solutions to support business growth within our End-User Services practice. This role is responsible for leading strategic pursuits, managing complex bids, developing client-focused solutions, and driving business development initiatives while ensuring compliance with CGI's Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF).

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT consulting, pre-sales, solution development, and service delivery, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and lead opportunities from qualification through contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for End-User Services opportunities, including solution design, proposal development, pricing strategy, and presentations.
• Drive business development efforts to expand existing accounts and generate new opportunities.
• Manage strategic bids and large-scale opportunities from pursuit through contract closure.
• Collaborate with delivery, sales, operations, and executive stakeholders to create competitive solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with CGI's Business Engineering Management Framework (BEMF) throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and position innovative solutions that address client business challenges.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• College graduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) within a consulting or technology services organization.
• Proven experience in both sales and delivery management.
• Strong track record in:
• Strategic sales planning
• Pipeline development
• Opportunity management
• Closing complex IT consulting engagements
• Experience working on large-scale bids and proposals.
• BEMF training or equivalent governance framework experience.

Preferred Experience

• Service Desk or End-User Services experience.
• Experience supporting public sector clients and government-related opportunities.
• Understanding of public sector procurement processes and digital transformation initiatives.
