Job Description

We are hiring Technical Customer Service Representatives to provide assistance with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and deliver clear solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to technical inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, or connectivity issues
• Guide customers step-by-step in problem resolution
• Document interactions and solutions accurately
• Escalate complex issues to specialized technical teams
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Schedule & Training:

• Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Full paid training on technical systems and procedures

Requirements:

• High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
• Strong English communication skills
• Analytical, customer-focused, and problem-solving mindset
• Basic computer skills and multitasking ability
• Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
