The Technical Sales will be the primary point of contact for retail customers in the electronics and 3D printing segment. You will provide technical expertise, demonstrate products, and convert leads into sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehousing operations, including inventory monitoring, stock organization, and storage management.
• Handle online and pickup orders, ensuring timely processing, coordination, and fulfillment.
• Process walk-in customer transactions, including payments, invoicing, and POS system operations.
• Manage approved refunds, discounts, and other sales-related transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Respond to and coordinate after-sales inquiries, customer concerns, and service requests.
• Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to retail clients.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships within the 3D printing and electronics market.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on promotional activities and sales campaigns.
• Track and report sales metrics, product feedback, and market insights.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting or technical issues related to products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in electronics and 3D printing technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, any other relevant course.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in electronics or 3D printing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to end-users.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes and POS systems (preferred).
• Technical product knowledge (3D printers, electronics, peripherals, accessories).
• Sales negotiation & closing skills, problem-solving, troubleshooting, time management, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work at SM MOA and flexible/adaptable to work schedules.
