Job description:

We are looking for a tech‑savvy and customer‑driven Inside Sales Representative to support our growth in the IT and SaaS Industry. This role focuses on nurturing leads, conducting product demos, and helping clients understand how our software solutions can improve their business operations. The successful candidate will be an integral part of providing the best client experience by coordinating closely with all service teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and verify sales leads to identify opportunities by communicating through telephone, email, video, and social channels
• Conduct virtual product demos, explaining technical features in simple, business-focused language
• Understand client needs and match them with appropriate software solutions
• Prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and sales documents
• Maintain accurate updates within the CRM
• Follow up with prospects to drive conversions and minimize sales cycle time
• Coordinate with service teams and internal stakeholders for a smooth sales experience
• Achieve monthly quotas for calls, demos, and closed deals
• Stay updated on product releases, competitor offerings, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 year experience in SaaS inside sales, tech sales, B2B telesales, or similar roles
• Comfortable explaining software concepts to non-technical clients
• Strong presentation and virtual demo skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to learn technical products quickly
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision
