Description

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and articulate the value proposition of 3GX Computer and IT Solutions Technoshop offerings.
  • Support sales teams with product demonstrations, client presentations, and technical expertise during the sales process.
  • Address technical questions and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction in the competitive Shopping & Retail industry.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and support after-sales queries and implementation.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Must hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: Suitable for a Fresh Graduate/Student.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must have knowledge of After-Sales Maintenance, Installation, Product Debugging, and be proficient in Salesforce. Should possess strong Consultative Sales skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, assist in product demos, address technical queries, and contribute to developing sales proposals.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with opportunities for on-site client visits. Should be comfortable with standard working hours and occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Seeking a proactive, customer-oriented candidate with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a team-player attitude.
