Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience Level: 6 months BPO experience
• Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in English Language, strong customer service skills, experience in call centre operations, familiarity with BPO environments, and capability to handle blended responsibilities.
• Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and adaptability to changing environments.
• Working Conditions:Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
