Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Customer Service based in Quezon City. The Customer Service (Pre-Sales) will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting and acquiring new accounts, presenting tailored solutions to clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align client needs with the company’s products and services.

Qualifications

• Sales and relationship management skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and account management
• Communication and presentation skills with an ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as attention to detail
• Proficiency in using sales management software
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the technology, financial services, or a related industry is preferred
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for providing solutions that meet customer needs
