Description :

The Marketing Communications Executive is integral to managing our public relations and influencer marketing efforts. This role is responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building relationships with media and influencers, and enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations:
  • Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive positive media coverage.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Manage crisis communications and ensure timely, accurate responses to media inquiries.
  • Influencer Marketing:
  • Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to collaborate on promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations and campaign execution.
  • Track and analyze influencer performance, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and ROI.
  • Coordinate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing and social media to continuously enhance our strategies.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that combine PR and influencer marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage budgets for PR and influencer activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for PR and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, media coverage, and influencer impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Event Management (if applicable):
  • Plan and coordinate events such as press conferences, media briefings, and influencer meet-and-greets.
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly, achieving desired media and influencer engagement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years or more) in public relations and influencer marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, influencer engagement, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and build relationships.
  • Experience with media monitoring tools, influencer marketing platforms, and analytics software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
