We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team. This role will focus on designing and developing Power BI reports, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business intelligence needs across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data modeling and visualization, along with a talent for understanding and solving complex business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models tailored to business needs.
• Import, cleanse, and transform data from various sources (both on-premises and cloud) to build effective data warehouse tables/views.
• Develop data models and relationships between data sets using Power BI and SQL.
• Execute DAX queries and functions in Power BI and create visual reports with Power BI Desktop.
• Conduct reviews with stakeholders to confirm that business objectives are achieved through reporting solutions.
• Maintain and support existing Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring high data governance standards.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to construction projects.
• Develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support project teams with data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize data collection processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development, with strong skills in Power BI Desktop.
• Proficiency in DAX, SQL querying, and Power Query for data transformation.
• Strong design and user interface skills for intuitive reporting solutions.
• Ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable insights and reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Desirable: Experience with Power BI Report Builder, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Microsoft certifications in data analysis are highly regarded.
