Supply Chain Management

Manage and coordinate the pooling and allocation of trucks to meet customer demands and operational requirements
Analyse fleet data and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Collaborate with the operations, procurement and finance teams to optimise inventory
Implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards
Participate in strategic planning to support the company's long-term growth and expansion initiatives

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar pooling or fleet management role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Strong understanding of transport and logistics operations, including inventory management and regulatory requirements
Proficient in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
Excellent problem-solving, multitasking and time management skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
