Description
- Monitor and ensure the safety of pool patrons.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper chemical balance of the swimming pool.
- Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations for a safe environment.
- Report any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Customer Relationship Management, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to ensure safety and sanitation standards
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and attentive
- Working Conditions: Outdoor environment with exposure to sun and water
