Description
- Monitor pool areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of pool facilities.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure guest safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests and respond to inquiries.
- Attend to any emergency situations and administer first aid if necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills; ability to work in a team.
- Qualities and Traits: Responsible, attentive, and customer-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
